baby keeps an eye closed

I have five 24ish hour old hatchlings that are in the brooder. they all are pecking at food but one is a little sluggish and keeps one eye closed most of the time. Other than that he/she seems alright. Ya'll reckon it's OK?

For the first day, yes that's ok. I would monitor closely on day 2 and make sure he's perking up like everyone else and that the eye opens.
