Baby King Quails

[JoKing Quail]

Hi All I was given a couple of king male king quails last year and I decided to get them a couple of females . I managed to raise 10 chicks from them and now they are laying eggs too. I have quite a few now and breeding season has only just started. Any suggestions? Besides try selling some.

Welcome to BYC. You could advertise your extras for sale with a flyer put up at the feed store. When you have 20 posts, you can participate in the BYC buy-sell-trade forum. After a time of selling , you probably will build up a waiting list for your quail - so you have buyers coming to you instead of trying to attract them. Good luck with your quail, and prospects of selling them.
