Hello all,

This is Wasabi and Sriracha, my sexed white Leghorn pullets. Bought at Tractor Supply on Feb 19th.

They are 2 weeks old and I know it’s probably too soon to tell… but Sriracha’s comb started developing FAST over the past two days.

This is my first time with this breed, and I know their combs are large. So I’m hoping this isn’t a beginning sign of a baby roo. Or I could also be kidding myself.

Their feathering patterns are different. Sriracha is feathering faster, and a little patchy. S/he is definitely the bolder of the two. Very friendly, loves attention. We’re already becoming buddies.

Any thoughts? Is this normal for Leghorns? I love roosters and I’ll figure it out if she is a he, but I already have two boys. It’s going to be hard to make room for a 3rd.
