I have a thermometer under the lamp area and it stays between 88-90 degrees. The temp is perfect for their age
I didn’t think the large bin was too small for 4 chickens! I’ll see about building some boxes together for more space.

That's pretty hot for 1 week old chicks.
...and what is the temp on the far side away from the lamp?
