26 little fluffies hatched out last night (lost one this morning, 3 not pipped, 1 more under a broody due today)

This hatch was my second hatch on my own, my first experience with ordered/shipped eggs and my first broody hen. I received 30 eggs so I feel my numbers were pretty good for being a first timer all around! I have OEGB's, Sizzles, Frizzles, Cochins and Seramas. Was totally thrilled that 3 of the 5 Serama eggs hatched [IMG]

    Here you go, my babies!

    Fiona with her little Serama

I was just surprised with this little arrival that peeked out a bit ago, a barred OEGB. She still has a Frizzle egg under her

Not quite sure yet what this one is

    I have toes!

Fluff pile with my little Serama, Alida, on top. She was my first to hatch yesterday

A black Sizzle with attitude already

My silver/grey OEGB which is so beautiful. I can't wait to take natural light photos of her.

    Hi Mom!

    A spangled OEGB

    OMG... HOW CUTE.

    Final hatch... yeah right!

Once you hatch, you never go back. (I haven't hatched yet... my hubby would kill me.)

Quote:LOL yeah, I know...mine is about on the edge of doing just that! I say final because the incubator belongs to someone else and she is coming to get it on Friday. I have given her strict instructions to ignore absolutely all my begging and pleading to borrow it again [IMG]

And thank you [IMG] I just love these fuzzies [IMG] I seriously do not think you can ever have enough!

w00t!!! Congrats on the baby chickies!

That one you aren't sure about, sure looks like a light blue or splash cochin baby to me! It sure got that cochin face and legs.

Thank you!! Your incubator did a great job again [IMG]. That would be awesome if it is a blue or splash cochin. I love them. I had 2 lavender cochin eggs, one died but he looked really dark grey, and the other was a grey yellow chick? I also had two similar eggs that were unmarked so maybe!
