Baby picking chest feathers! is in pain! HELP!!!

UPDATE! BETTER???

It seems to be eating, but now, it won't drink at all! It still can't lift up its head, but it seems to be acting more normal. But it still looks between its legs and seems to prune its chest feathers before it loses balance/backs up/ends up flipping. Should I still keep it alive??? If so, then how can i get it to start drinking water?

You can drip water on it's beak using your finger. It's simple. When the chick feels the liquid on its beak it will drink it. You said the chick is eating, so it shouldn't have a problem with liquid. Usually it's the other way around . . .
