Feed them only crop milk/baby bird formula. How big is the baby? You should be able to find some baby bird formula at your local pet or feed store. If not, cook some cream of wheat or oats, let them cool so they aren't burning hot, blend them up and syringe very carefully some into the beak.

I would feed every 2-4 hours or when his crop is empty. depending on age he may not need as much.
