Baby pygmy goat

, I got two sister pygmy goats in march, turns out one was having a baby, which she had five day ago, everything is going great with mom [scoot-a-loo] and baby max , the trouble is the other sister [flutter- shy] when every i put them together she beats up on little max,she hits him pretty hard, everything i read tells me it is the goats way of showing who is boss, just wanted to know if i should keep them apart for a few weeks, tell he is bigger,
help please.

yes, keep them apart till the little one has some size on him. I think your other goat is jealous. Doesn't his mama try and protect him?
