My baby quail has just hatched in the incubator but won’t stop chirping loudly , what should I do , or is it normal and waiting for the other one to hatch

That's pretty normal if they are by themselves. They are calling out for their mom and hatch mates. If you can stand it, I would just let them be. They usually tire themselves out and nap eventually. In theory, the cheeping should motivate the others to hatch.

It's normal and it will encourage the others to get on with hatching.

This is why you don’t hatch quail in your son’s room on a school night…! The only thing worse is 5 teenage boy quail in the basement right under his room when they start crowing at 5am…

I learned to whistle the quail call. So when there is only one hatchling in the incubator, I could whistle to it, and it would quiet down for a while. Also, the whistle encourages the eggs to hatch. I'd whistle and see an egg move in response.
