So i have this lonely chick because the other babys in her batch died, so shes the last one but ive noticed sometimes she opens her mouth and little clicking sounds come out? She also sometimes makes these like honking sounds randomly which i think are sneezes. Heres a video of it. You can hear it more at the begining https://photos.app.goo.gl/sJ65L1rs4LoFs9reA

You will need to grind up the food finer as it makes it easier for her to eat. A little mirror would help to keep her company and a cloth made into a sort of tent that she can snuggle on or under is always appreciated. Put that under the heat lamp.

She sounds a bit husky but as long as she's eating and drinking and having periods of activity as well as lots of naps she should be fine. They start to look lethargic, barely opening their eyes and often chirping constantly and unnecessarily when they aren't good. She will be more vocal looking for other quail though, so if she still looks bright, which she does, try not to worry too much.

She's a cutie, that's for sure.

If you plan on keeping her alone, she will do best if you spend as much time with her as possible. I had a king quail chick who ended up alone. I had to hand raise her, so she became super attached to me. She would cry out whenever I took my hand out of her brooder. It was a fun experience but it was also a lot of work. She's all grown up now, but she's still tame.
