Baby quail not growing and lethargic

I recently hatched a few coturnix quail and buttons together, they are about a week old, but one of the coturnix babys isnt growing. The others all are getting feathers by now and are larger. Ive almost mistaken him as a button quail baby a few times. Hes getting weaker and i dont know why? Hes the blonde one next to a coturnix and button
What can i do for him??
And i literally just cleaned their brooder but they are poop monsters.

separate him and give him electrolytes.

There may not be much you can do for the runt. You can try giving it extra supplements like electrolytes, but be aware that it might fail to thrive or have something internal wrong with it that is causing it to not grow.

I’ve found that if the wings are drooping at that age, they probably have something internal and they won’t make it. Sadly, it’s often the case with poultry like quail, they lay a lot, but not all of them make it.

Unfortunately, I think it's a case of 'failure to thrive'....it happens sometimes and there is no 'rhyme or reason' for it that is outwardly apparent.
