Baby Quails!

I have some questions about baby quails in general:

1. Can you brood just 2 quail or should you have more?

2. If you only have 2 newly-hatched quail can you make them friendly or will they always be flighty?

3. Since i don't have a bator, how could i acquire newly-hatched Button quail if non are sold near me?

You can brood 2 baby buttons or one. They are flighty no matter what, just their instinct. I don't know of anyone who will sell button chicks, usually pairs or hatching eggs.
