Baby rat in need of home

I have a younger rat, I don’t know exactly how old he is because I got him from the Humane Society but he is a male. I have to be home him because he keeps jumping out of his cage and I currently do not have the time to socialize him and get him were used to me so he doesn’t jump out of his cage and I also have a cat so I don’t wanna keep putting him in danger every time he gets out. I have two of his littermates, but they’re very good rats and I don’t want to let them go because I have another rat who is very good friends with them, so I’m looking for a home that will have more rats for him to be friends with, and who has the experience to keep him safe and happy in a cage, or whatever you may have. I’m also looking into giving him to back to the Humane Society or a rat rescue so if anyone has any ideas, please reach out.
