One of my little two month old roos grabbed the neck of his sister and jumped on her back. The girl managed to shake him of but still, what? Is this natural chicken behaviour?! None of my roos mounted the hens when they were only two months old. It took them to the age of 8 month old to act like this. Am I doing something wrong?

This is totally normal! It’s just a natural instinct. I literally had one of my roosters mate with his mother. As long as you don’t incubate the eggs or let the hens sit on them you should be fine.. nobody wants inbred chicks!!
