So, I had a rooster and three hens and one had babies. Five of them are 19 days old. I have one that's only 14 days old (that another hen dumped in the nest) who lives inside. I get to love on her as the others hate it. Anyway, some of the chicks are already sparring. I'm sure that I'll have some roosters. I don't want to get rid of any of them. I have a big enclosure. Due to tons of hawks and foxes, there is no free ranging. I have the main run and a smaller attached area where the hen and chicks are until they're fully feathered and fast enough to outrun the others. Do you have any suggestions how to help get all of them to get along once the hormones kick in? I'm thinking daddy will keep everyone in check for at least a year but eventually his sons may challenge him and each other. Daddy is very aggressive because he was not raised in a flock.
