Have you thought about making a splint of sorts. I know that you can fashion one wiht straws to keep it streight and then attach it to the other leg so that it is the correct width apart. There are others on here that may have more info about how to do this. You can also attach a small piece of cardboard to the curled foot with bandaids and that will help it streighten it out.
OR
It may be dislocated or broken.
Try changing the header to something like "need help fixing spradled leg" and you might get the answers you need.
