Show quality or hatchery quality, birds that has been selectively bred to meet the standards for that breed are show quality birds, birds from hatcheries or feed stores or breeders who do not breed their birds to a standard are "hatchery Quality" Show quality birds are worth more. So are your parent birds from a hatchery? If they are then there kids will be hatchery quality birds too.

Probably hatchery quality because I got them from a friend of a friend .

Also, are the parents the same color? If the answer is no then they are already not show quality because they would not be one of the accepted colors.

Oh, yeah no there are both brown spotted and white ones in the bunch
