Baby special needs Chicken when to feed and how much?

I have a baby chicken that got in a fight with her older brother and he pecked her on her head. She stopped being able to stand, only one leg is working, and started to act very dizzy. I have been feeding her grass, chick feed, and even running around the house letting her eat the bugs off the wall. (my husband thinks Im crazy) I dont think she is getting any better, but I am worried im not feeding her what she needs, and have no idea how much to feed her. I am giving her water with a syringe, but again Im worried how much to give her and how many times a day. Please help!

Hi just reading your artical I'm a bit confused about the % with the foods
It says chicks 18-20% does that mean the other 80% they eat should be something else?

The %s are for protein. So 18% protein or 16% protein. Sorry, if that isn't clear.

Some one said that she may have Wry Neck or Crook Neck, but her left leg isnt working and her head isnt to the side or down between her legs. Could that still be Wry Neck?
