Baby turkey bloated on left side "pics #1, #11"

I have a week old turkey and the whole left side is bloated. Not sure what is going on. Will try to get better pictures when I can get some help

Is it in the area of the crop? Does it feel like air? Under the skin or in the body cavity? Sorry, I can't see a lot in the pics. What kind of turkey? (That's just to satisfy my curiosity).

It feels like air and it is from the shoulder to to butt. Let me see if I can get a better picture

Is the poult acting normal otherwise? If so, it could be a ruptured air sac. If that's what is going on, they typically heal on their own, but I'm not an expert on this. You migh search for air sac issues on BYC.

Does he have any wounds in the area? Like a puncture where air could get under the skin? Any other issues, like respiratory distress, lethargy, etc?

He is running around being very LOUD!!!! No punctures He is just full of air.

It is most likely a ruptured air sac then. It usually doesn't cause them problems and will heal on its own. I wouldn't worry about him as long as he's acting normally. What kind is he?

It is a white Broad Breast.. got him from the local feed store Saturday.
