Water in Wattle of Turkey

Hello! I have searched this forum and the internet and can not seem to find any information on this. I have a female turkey who's wattle is full of liquid. Her belly is fine, not bloated with water, just her wattle. She is standing in one place and not moving unless I try to mess with her. 1- what is this? 2- can I help her? I have tried to massage it, with no luck.
