Baby turkey has swollen vent and leaking clear fluid

Hey yall. New to the forum. Got some concers with my young turkeys. Just over a month old. Ive got one that has a severely swollen butt. The area all around it is swollen to. Kinda like the size of a cutie orange. It started with the the other babys pecking at it. That led to feather loss. Instead of a normal movement, its having diarrhea. Its leaking clear fluid out of her butt. Her entire backside it soaked. Not sure what to do. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
