baby turkey loosing fur :(

I have a baby turkey who is loosing the fur on the top of his head. it was really little at first and i thought something just bit him, but its getting bigger and you can see the veins on his head!

could it be a disease?

I'm clueless and this site answers just about everything!

How old is your baby? Adult turkeys don't have much fur/feathers on their heads. Your baby may just be growing up...

You can see the fuzzy head go away over time.

how do i tell if it's a she or he? lol
