Baby turkey not eating

Our one day old baby Turkey is not eating !
She has only pooped twice.
I have I noticed that she pecks at the food but doesn’t eat it!
Any suggestions or advice is helpful!!!!

No,
we don’t have more
It’s the only one out of six that hatched!!

I raise peafowl, and sometimes peachicks don't want to eat, so I find putting a chicken chick in with them helps.

I am not sure what type of crumbles you have. I had to chop mine up in a blender at first. They did better after that. I just got poults in May so not a great expert. That did work for me.
