baby with hernia?

Its the best way i can describe it. where the chord was attached to the belly... its now having a red sack fall out... i belive it's the innards. Ive been putting anibiotic ointment on it, and rubbing it back in, but its not looking so good... i tried putting a tiny bandage on it, but it wont stay on... any help please???
