I had a baby that hadn’t really made much progress after about two days of trying. All of its other friends have hatched and are fluffed out. I decided to help it out (controversial, I know) and I noticed that its upper beak hasn’t formed properly. Is this something that it can survive and is there anything special I need to do for it?

:welcome It's hard to tell from that picture, but it appears that it has enough of an upper beak to pick up feed. Initially it may be necessary to provide moistened feed in a deep dish for ease of consumption.

This is a bit better of a picture
