Baby with leg problem - Another problem please help!

I thought I would ask this here because the chick hatched just last night and I'm not sure if it has anything to do with hatching or something else..

So 19 babies have hatched so far, I kind of expected something to be wrong with one, lol. I was just wondering what I can do for one that has his leg sprawled out behind him? He won't bend it at all (but it does bend, I made sure).. it's almost like he doesn't want to move it at all. Is this something that he'll heal from? Poor thing had a hard time hatching in the first place and has only been wiggling around the incubator since instead of trying to walk. Any help is appreciated!prob

You can fix the leg. Do a search for "splayed leg" and you will see how.

Ok.. I have one more problem with this little guy, lol. I thought he was wet but it seems as if he's dried and he's hard as a rock.. he's not feathered out at all like he should be. Anything I can do to help him?
