We're going away for a week and leaving our Hovabator still air with egg turner in the hands of our neighbors for days 11-17. They've not incubated before, but I've given them ChooksChick's tips and told them what to watch for. Things have been pretty stable, and I've used this set-up with a dry hatch method successfully for many hatches, so I think it should be fine.
Any tips I can give them to help them feel more comfortable? (they made me promise not to be mad at them if something happened to the babies, so I think they're worried!)
