Back again: Is this a fertile egg? Chicken Version

I’m only getting a little under a dozen eggs a week from my 21 hens. I️ live in North Western Nevada, so it’s been freezing almost every night and the sun is down at 4:30 everyday. They all just finished some pretty nasty moulting. Do you have any tips on getting them to lay again? My ability to get power to the coop for lighting or heating is limited.

Unfortunatly I don't this is my first year with chickens, and they are all under a year old so I have never had to deal with a winter or moult.

Ok it’s all good, I️ might be able to ask my grandmom. She has many stories about her chickens as a kid. I’m not sure how much is accurate though. 🤔

Lighting, nutrients, and everyone’s worst enemy time... a lot of the nutrients in commercial chicken feed goes straight to new feather growth during and after a molt instead of egg production... mine just got done with a molt and I view it as a well deserved break for my girls after a summer of plenty of eggs...
