back of chickens comb turning purple!

My chickens back part of the comb is turning purple a little bit am I supposed to be concerned because I am

That can happen sometimes. Just keep an eye on it and make sure it goes away after a while.

Is she having respiratory issues? It can be a lack of oxygen and it can come and go. If it doesn't go you might have to look into whether something is going on

my chickens had it during winter and the start of spring
I thought it was because of the cold dry weather (don't know if it is)
should go away, as long as she is acting normal I wouldn't be worried

hope its nothing bad

Was this ever figured out? I have the same problem. It’s no cold out, or super dry, and the hen has plenty of water, is very lively, and has no lack of appetite.

It’s fine I think is she’s acting normal and everything
My chickens had it once but it went normal again
