Back of Polish's Head Is Bloody and Raw!

My baby is doing fine...he/she isn't happy about not being with the other birds, but I'm happy to say that there was no swelling and the feathers are already starting to come back in. Thanks to all for your advice.

I have an older Polish hen that had her top feather plucked just a tad on the ends, but nothing like this...then again, in that batch, I only had 4 chicks total. In this batch, I've got 9!
