Back on the Farm

I’m new to the forum, and looking forward to the wealth of wisdom to be found here. I lived on a farm in Louisiana for the first 30 years of my life, and always had chickens. Moved away for 35 years, but now I’m back on the same farm. My chicks are coming in April, so I have to get a coop and yard ready. Getting a mix of 15 choice layers, and looking forward to identifying the girls. Also have 5 female Amerecauna ordered. The variety is new for me. I’m glad to be “home”, and it wouldn’t be home without chickens.
