Backup plan successful!

Yup, those are the ones I got for 49¢/ea! I clipped off the bottom center part that snaps onto the turner. That allows the cup to stand upright in the homemade incubator.

They're called incubator egg cups and I don't recall the incubator model. They were only 49 cents which is cheaper than anything I've seen online! The incubator is home made, has a plexiglass viewing wind, and easily holds 2 dozen.

Really cute incubator. I have 2 Little Giant Styrofoam incubators, one with air both with egg turners now. Problem is the air incubator doesn't hatch so good and the still air, well, it is 2 1/2 years old and I think the Styrofoam around the opening is compacting down or something, the lid doesn't seem to fit properly anymore and when I move the thermometer around, I find cold spots. I bought a heavy duty printer cabinet to make into an incubator but I'm not sure what my first steps to convert it should be. Such as: Should I line it with aluminum foil? The cabinet is very heavy and the wood (?) it is made out of is about 3/4 or 5/8 inches wide.
Top has heavy Plexiglas window.

Front has holes for heat to escape.

Inside it has 2 shelves.

kewl cabinet to convert to an incubator! You should have fun toying around with it till you get it to do what YOU want it to do! Looks like it can fit a gazillion eggs! LOL Mine gets by with a 65 watt bulb.
