Where my son works, they have a chicken that looks like it's leg is backwards! OH NO! Don't know how it happened. Birth defect, injury, etc. Does anyone know where in Ohio that this unfortunate chickie might receive the love and treatment that it needs?? I'll see if I can attach a photo...

It could be a slipped tendon with a rotated femur. That would be best dealt with by an avian vet, and is not always successfully treated. It can be caused by poor nutrition in the parent stock. Do a search for Avian vets in Ohio and see if any are near enough to you to be doable, and if they will see a chicken, some will, some will not.
Here is more info on the various leg issues which may help, if you scroll down you'll get to info on slipped tendons and twisted legs:

this is why i came here i have one just like her! shes about a year old now, shes with 20 other chickens free ranged on 2 acres she gets around ok with the others until it rains and then she has a hard time keeping up .
I have not done it yet but im going to try putting some RTV silicone on her leg and see if that will help
