So am I. It's always so much harder when we are pretty sure what happened but that little doubt niggles at the back of our minds at first. I don't think I'd have done a necropsy either, especially given her condition when you got home. Sorry, SD.

I'm sorry, I hate losing a chicken for any reason, but it seems worse when you think they're going to be ok.

This is my Pumpkin, I got him straight run hoping he was a girl, was so sad when I found out he was a boy. But he's a good roo, never attacks anyone (unlike a silver spangled Hamburg we had) I love him.

Its starting to look like my Pumpkin is a roo too.
