I am leading a group of residents interested in changing current Zoning Codes in The City of Upper Arlington to allow for small flocks of egg-laying hens. We have gathered many signatures on the petition, have emailed and called council members, but haven't as yet been placed on the agenda.Any ideas are appreciated! We are motivated!
