Backyard poultry event!

I'm having an event at work for backyard poultry bringing the ducks and chickens in. What are some things you'd like to see at a poultry event? I'd like to get some good ideas and do something cool!

On a more serious note, maybe show different kinds of eggs and tell about chicken keeping.

When I go to shows I like seeing the most exotic breed and most beautiful bird in show
