Ok, so in fact I have a 23'x15' yard which I recently cleared of weeds and garbage with a small pile remaining. I plan on using about a 12'x5' section to start on my coop. Before all that I plan on adding some grass by the tree followed by some paver stones and the. a gravel section into my back porch. First thing is to seal my concrete porch from leaks, then paint. I bought this rustoleum leak seal spray and some Dap concrete sealant lets hope it does the trick.
