I recently ordered $50 of eggs, requesting they be sent last Tuesday. A few days before that, I asked to alter the order slightly to which she said there was no problem. I had specified Tuesday b/c I was trying to coordinate other ordered eggs for my hatch. When the eggs had not arrived by Saturday (with the others having waited 2-3 days) I contacted the seller and was told they eggs had been shipped on Wed. By the end of Saturday, I wrote again and received a long, hostile response from the seller that the fault was mine...or the post office's. I responded addressing her statement as politely as I could seeking out a fair resolution. She has stopped responding to my emails entirely. It's Tuesday, the other eggs have now been incubating for 3 days (I only have one incubator), and the eggs she sent have now been in the mail for a week.
I have never had this experience as a frequent egg buyer. Usually, people offer to send more eggs if I pay the shipping. I'm not sure where to go from here. I'd appreciate any thoughts or input.

Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
