bad egg

At room temperature, at least a month. In summer heat, not so long.

In Europe, eggs are sold off the shelf, not refrigerated. Around here, eggs were also kept in a bowl on the counter in the old days. But they do stay fresh much longer if refrigerated.

wow ok thanks i didnt know that..so if i dont get the egg with in a few hours its ok then...great thank you
 
I only collect my eggs once a day after I get off from work. I'm originally from Germany and like ddawn said my grandparents don't refridgerate the eggs. They don't refridgerate much of anything actually. But the eggs stay good for quite a while.
