Bad eggs........

I bought 40 eggs 20 courtex and 20 bw from a byc user. When i got them 7 were broken and its day 24 and 3 courtexs hatched and thats it. The temperature and humidity were perfect.

Its day 25 and the bws are starting to hatch

I would say you need to be checking your thermometer. No matter what temp it says, it's probably reading higher than what it is. Bobwhites should hatch about 21-23 days, and coturnix between 15-21. I'd say your temps are a bit low.

I thought it was odd i have two themometers and they both stayed between 99.5 to 100.

You still need to check them, a hatch that late is almost definitely due to low temps.
