I have purchased a 48 egg incubator off of amazon every thing looked like it was looking good, but when it came to hatch time all eggs where fertile but only 2 hatched out of 24, and the 2 that hatched where 3 days late. I need help to fix this problem! I also have Muscovy duck eggs in ready to hatch but there is no activity and they are 3 days passed expected hatch date, PLEASE HELP ME!!!

If your eggs are hatching late with many not hatching at all, the first thing you need to look at is the temps. Don't ever trust the gages on the incubators w/out checking them. I would get a couple of accurate thermometers and put in the bator to compare to the bator's gages. Late hatchers are a sign of lower than adequate average temps during the incubation period. I had this very same problem with my first hatch and found that my thermometer (brand new, but unchecked) was six degrees off.

Have not gotten a thermometer yet, but just did an eggtopsy and that where all developed but dead, what does that mean?
