Bad hatch

I incubated 12 eggs. 3 Bantys and the rest normal. 5 piped 3 bantys piped one rolled over and suffocated themselves. Only 2 regulars piped and both died. I had five that made it to day 18 and never piped. Cracked them open and all looked normal one had absorbed yolk sac and the other 4 didn't. Where did I go wrong. Last time I started 41 and raised 35. I only got 2 out of 12 this time
