I forgot to mention that once in a while she seems to be trying to lay something out. I think @aart is right, there's probably an egg is inside that tissue that is showing. But she already laid an egg just before she had a fight.I personally haven't seen anything like this, I tagged a few people who may know more.. if she doesn't seem to be suffering, I would wait to see what they say. If she seems to be suffering imo I would put her down.
If you decide to wait for others. Separate her from the flock. So they are not pecking that area.

thanks, i'll try itGive her some calcium right away—human calcium with vitamin d is good. Tums will also work, or crush a whole egg and shell in a blender or processor and feed it. That can help contractions. She probably is egg bound with a prolapse, and it may have been pecked at and injured. Look for an opening. There may be 2 openings, one for the oviduct and one for the large intestines. Here is a video of an egg bound prolapse and how someone got it out:
