We recently had a chicken show an injury with her leg (about 3 to 4 days) We've taken a close look at her and the leg doesn't seem to be broken anywhere based on touch...........what it seems to be is possibly dislocated where it attaches to her body.......her leg sticks straight out in front............she does not seem to be in any pain when we move it for her but she will not stand on it and does not move it.
She is about 6 months old
Hate to cull but unless there is a vet nearby willing to look at her ?????

Any help is appreciated

Could you take a picture? I'd research Marek's Disease, as a leg extended out in front is a sign of Marek's. Isolate her from the other birds in a deep bedded cage with no roost. Give her some vitamins and electrolytes to help her get over any stress. Vitamins will also help heal injuries to the leg.
