Any Home Bakers Here?

I stay away from Too Much Sugar Recipies.
You can substitute Splenda for the sugar cup for cup. Generic is sucralose, it's the yellow package. I know Walmart and Publix super markets have it in house brand. I don't know where you live, but Kroger, Win Dixie or HEB probably do too.
 
This was posted here yesterday sounded real good.

1 stick butter
2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup baking coco
1/2 cup milk

Boil 3 min
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Yes, I grind my own flour, it is way better than the stuff you can buy, I use a Hawos, Mill 1, it is a German company, I am not sure you can get it in the US …I have had it for almost 30 years, I once ground wheat which had too much humidity, which killed the mill, I sent it in, they fixed it, and it has been grinding perfectly again.
Baked some corn bread yesterday, couldn’t, for ages, cos I didn’t have any eggs 😅 used 50% corn flour and 50% freshly ground spelt , for health reasons
