Bad leg

My chicken is 3 weeks old he is holding his leg out he used to just stretch it now I think it is dislocated I need help on what to do?

I can't post a pic. I tried to get the bump in his I guess shoulder to go in place and it popped a couple of times and he started using it better. But now it is just as bad as before.
