Bad looking poop

Can anybody tell me qhat might be wrong with this chicken? I think it would be from one of my girl pullets but I'm not sure which one, found it on the poop board this morning!

It looks runny with pinkish intestinal shed and some white urates (uric acids.) How are your birds acting? Are they all eating and drinking and alert? It can be common to see the intestinal shed occasionally, and they will sometimes have runny poops when drinking more water. Have you wormed your chickens recently? What are their ages? Does your feed contain probiotics, and what do you feed?

They get fresh water with acv daily, and fermented crumble with herbs. I have 8 pullets, a cockerel and 3 hens
