Bad neck

I have a Rhode Island about 18 weeks old. The poor girl has something with her neck. She can't hold her head up. The base of her neck has a little knot or bump. She eats and drinks. I suspect she fall from the roost which is about 4 foot off the pen floor. If a broken any home remedy
