Bad nest manners

I have 2 almost grown chicks that won't stop using the nest to sleep in. The older chickens have the top roost, but the
young chicks won't use the lower one (it is out of bombing range). I tried shooing them out, spraying with water, air horn,
letting them spend the night out. Nothing works. I don't get home until after dark so I can't block them out after the mature
hens have laid their eggs. ????

If you get home after dark, I would just go in and grab them out of the nest boxes and place them on the roost. They should probably stay there if they were sleeping and after a few days they should get it. My cockerel was sleeping in the nest box and that's what I did. After a few days, he was on the roost.
