My Rooster has started attacking me. He had always been fine untill about three weeks ago. I had fed them some meal worms and as I was leaving their yard, He jumped up and tried to claw my leg, A few days later, did the same thing. This time he brought blood through my jeans. What is going on with him?

Depends on age, is this fella over a year old?
If not, he might be feeling exceptionally territorial or considers you one of his hens and doin' his best to 'mount' you. A young cockerel might outgrow such notions.
If so, then it's time to eat that guy and get a rooster that's better behaved.

He is becoming human aggressive. There are several threads on modifying rooster behavior. Sometimes it works. For me there are too many good roosters to waste time with one who is human aggressive.

How old is he? If he is coming into maturity he could be getting his “I am the boss” attitude. Some roosters get mean.
There are some threads here with advice on training roosters to behave, but most people just get rid of the rooster. Especially if they have children. A mad rooster can do a lot of harm.

He’s a rooster!

A leg cord is a good tool to have around. It makes it easier to catch and work with them through out the day. They sell them on eBay.................They can be tamed if they don't bite to kill you. The evil ones bite to kill you, the good ones may bite, but its not to hurt, its more like nibbling.

He drew blood THROUGH HER JEANS. I'd say that rooster is biting to kill, wouldn't you?
